Full pallet not topped up to the top on arrival
This was my first delivery from your company, not that I can blame the company as the pallet probably left the warehouse totally full and sealed. On arrival the top of the crate wasn’t sealed, it was all open and looked rather sparse of logs. The weather had been awfully windy. I don’t think this was I the reason why all the top plastic sealed top was all open and flapping around.
As you do state that all the logs are hand packed, for quantity. Not sure if was a couriers error that a lot of the logs were missing. I should have really took a photo of the crate but the wind and high rain wouldn’t allow.
So I reached for a tarpaulin and strapped it down until the weather subsided. Not sure if anyone else has come across this occurring the their pallet / pallets of wood. As your photos on the website looked like it should have been stacked to the top level of the crate.
Thats my only gripe, as from the ordering to delivery all that was smooth and swift.

A roaring success
Firewood supply has an easy to navigate web-site, plus they are easily contactable. The quality of their wood (we always burn ash), is excellent, burning evenly and hot, leaving only powder ash as residue.
