Great customer service
Was worried that the pallet would be left on kerb, contacted supplier and asked if wood could be put in garage which was level with pavement.
Also live in narrow cul de sac which I also informed them as I was concerned the delivery vehicle might have access issues.
I am happy to say all my fears were dealt with and the delivery went very smoothly and the driver was able to position the pallet in the garage.

I’ve ordered a pallet of wood before so was aware of the excellent product . However because of the distance between my home and the depot I was unsure of how the deliverer y would be made . I shouldn’t have worried . The courier they use was excellent (Grand Prix ?) . The wood pallet delivered earlier than expected , the wood itself dry and not dusty. Perfect .
